The Original Marine Surplus offers the following Returns Policy:
- Payment should be made within 3 business days, if you need more time please ask for approval.
- If payment is not recieved within 3 days, we reserve the right to refuse payment or sell the product.
- As soon as payment is received, the item will ship via UPS (within 3 days depending on the purchase day).
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
- Please notify us immediately if for any reason you decide to return the package.
- All returns must be made within 20 days of the date you receive the item.
- All returns must be made in original factory cartons with all original packaging material.
- Non Defective returns for a refund or replacement must be New/Sealed and show no signs of use.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid with tracking. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
- All credits will be made back to the original payment method.
- If a package arrives damaged, it is best if you refuse the package. If you sign for and keep the package, please inform us so that we may file a claim with the carrier.
- All non-defective or "your mistake" returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
