It means, we buy in bulk directly from the top manufacturers in the boating industry. This then allows us here at Marine Surplus to offer you BRAND NEW items at an unbelievable discount. Method of Payment

Here at Marine Surplus our preferred method of payment is PayPal. However to better serve you, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If you would like to make your payment using one of these methods, please feel free to give us a call at (941) 756-6900.


Here at Marine Surplus we not only have a passion for boating, but a passion for PREMIERE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This means that we will do whatever it takes to get your package to you in a timely fashion. However please make sure to review the listing of the item you wish to purchase very carefully for any special instructions. All of our domestic orders are sent via USPS. For domestic orders only you have the option of choosing between USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Express Shipping.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. In an effort to keep costs as low as possible, this is the only option that we currently offer for our international customers.

Shipping and Handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

As stated above, here at Marine Surplus we pride ourselves on PREMIERE CUSTOMER SERVICE, however we can not be held accountable for any shipping delays. International Orders

For international orders, please remember that your purchase DOES NOT include Customs, Duties, or Brokerage Fees. Whatever fees may occur in these areas are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sales Tax

Florida buyers please understand that a 6% sales tax will be charged for any order shipped within the state of Florida.

Item Condition

To our company condition is everything. However as we do deal in surplus inventory, there is no warranty offered with any of our products. Quite a bit of our inventory is manufacturer closeout, therefor our products are sold in "AS IS" condition. All of our products are in NEW Condition. Cancelling Orders

Every once in a while you might need to change your order. We will be glad to help you with this process. Please be aware that if your order changes there might be a change in your shipping price as well.

Should something happen that you need to cancel your order, please be aware that there will be a 10% cancellation fee. The rest will be happily refunded to you via your original payment method. Please contact us at (941) 756-6900 for assistance with this process.

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund. However you will need to contact us immediately for return authorization. If we receive a return that has not been authorized there will be NO refund issued. If you have installed or used the product in any way, or do not have the original packaging for the item, then there will be NO refund issued.

As we here at Marine Surplus try our best, we clearly state part numbers in our listings. Please understand that no returns will be accepted for incorrect part numbers, unless you were shipped a different part number than was listed. Although we have a HUGE inventory of engine parts, we are not a dealer nor do we have access to the materials they have to cross reffernce parts. Please consult your local dealer to ensure the part you are ordering is right for your application.

Please note that return shipping is at the buyers expense unless otherwise discussed with us.

Refund Policy

As stated in the Return Policy you have 14 days to return the product to us. We will refund you using the same method of payment you used for your purchase. Please note that for ALL items there will be a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee for ALL items returned.
